Speaker: Kitty Pitt

How to Make Love Like a Lesbian: The secrets to non-penetrative and non-orgasm focused sex.

A gap exists between the male and female perspective of what is often identified as sexually satisfying. In this conversation, we will discuss how expanding the traditional definition of sex can lead to mutually beneficial experiences.

Tweaking your ride: Bike fitting and suspension adjustment simplified.

Speaker: Edwin Betinol

Effective Laziness: How saying "F*ck it," can improve athletic performance.

In an exercise focused culture, effective recovery is often poorly understood leading to injuries and staleness. The concepts of periodizing, tapering and work load management will be highlighted in this discussion of useful laziness.

November 22, 2018

Host Education Session: The Bayside Cafe

Good Coffee: The essentials of roasting and brewing.

Speakers: Dr. Loray Daws and Jeff Stickler

Feelings That Kill: Navigating grief and trauma like a man.

Western cultures have traditionally socialized males to avoid the display of vulnerable emotions. This often results, at later stages of life, in the inability to identify the emotional sensations that they experience. The inability to identify feelings can disrupt the ability to cope resulting in disastrous outcomes. In this conversation, we will have the perspective of a gay man who's been HIV positive since the 80s and a clinical counselor on navigating emotional upheavals.
